Aperol

Aperol is the perfect result of 7 years’ hard work, experimentation and dedication from the Barbieri brothers – Luigi and Silvio – who inherited a liqueur company from their father in 1912.  But it was not until 1950’s that the famous recipe that made Aperol Spritz so popular was born.
