Domaine Gilles Gaudron Vouvray ‘Les Pierres Rousses’ Chenin Blanc

The cool climate in the Vouvray appellation area ensures good acidity, which is balanced by the sweetness and ripe fruity character of the Chenin Blanc and the mineral qualities imparted by the soil. Made from 40-year-old Chenin Blanc vines planted on limestone-clay soils, this is an elegantly fresh wine which pairs well with spicy dishes, desserts and fruit salads.
