Our beginning was motivated by one man’s search for a better martini. The solution was simple in theory: Start with a better vodka. An inventive entrepreneur and engineer who never took “no” for an answer, he set out to create a superior tasting vodka with fewer impurities and unmatched quality.

SKYY is one of the first vodkas made from American grains and water, and uses an innovative proprietary quadruple distillation and triple filtration process.

Quadruple column distillation removes majority of impurities to a level that we call SKYY Grade*
Triple filtration brings out a citrusy, spice-like scent that creates an award winning, smooth & crisp liquid, unchanged in over 20 years.
SKYY’s proprietary process delivers a dry, medium body with nice creamy mouth feel, and anise & coriander notes with a faint peppery finish.
